Rockspray Vacation Villa Rental

The Rockspray villa rental in the Turks & Caicos can boast many unique features. Built on a peninsula in a National Sanctuary, with 3 out of 4 views looking out onto the water is one. Also a wrap around ¾ deck to admire the spectacular turquoise waters of the caribbean. You may see the occasional maritime heritage boat, crafted by hand and historically accurate these are the vessels that sailed the Turks & Caicos a century ago sail by. But we get ahead of ourselves.

You drive through your private gate down a manicured gravel path. If there is more than one car in your party, not to worry, you have ample parking. Walking up to your luxury private villa rental you will find your front door almost buried in local flora carefully tended to by the on site caretaker. Remember, with your vacation on Providenciales, the most popular destination in the Turks & Caicos Islands, how much you see of ‘anyone’ will be completely at your discretion. If you have chosen to have one of Providenciales concierge services stock your villa, or if you have requested the services of a private chef, they may have been at the villa before you, or may be arriving soon.

At your front entrance you look around and can only glimpse the gravel pathway from your car, as there is a dense, vibrant, well tended garden on both sides. You will have to spend time in the easy chair provided with a good book and just relax there, but it is now time to enter your vacation rental villa, RockSpray.

Walking in, to your immediate right is a fully stocked kitchen, with all the necessary appliances to enjoy your stay. Everything was recently renovated (2010) so it all looks new and inviting. Looking over the wooden 'breakfast bar' you see the primary sitting room, and many gorgeous arched glass doors, stretching from floor to ceiling showing the full turquoise majesty of the Chalk Sound Sanctuary. To you left is the dining area, with elegant lighting and full dinning room table, with every thing necessary to create an elegant evening experience. The dinning area features more arched glass doors, that open out onto the barbeque/dining area of the deck over the water’s edge.

The RockSpray Dinning/Living Rooms feature on opposite ends, the master and 2nd master bedroom. To your right was the master bedroom, fully furnished with ensuite. The unique feature of this area is a walk in shower. You can walk in to the shower from the bedroom, or walk into the shower from the wrap around wooden deck. With plenty of space this is a luxury you won't want to miss. Your master bedroom also features a double door egress to the deck, and of course all the necessities (tv, phone etc). The 2nd master bedroom features access to the deck also with a tiny sitting area overlooking the water, again tv, telephone, etc all are available. Through your private vacation rental villa of course is air conditioning or ceiling fans. While the inside is relaxing and inviting, the real enjoyment is the setting for your RockSpray Villa, the vistas only the Turks & Caicos Islands can provide.

Walking out on the RockSpray deck you can have absolute seclusion on the two level wooden deck. There are many sitting points (deck chairs provided) where you can be alone in the world, or hold a barbeque and have a large gathering. While your deck wraps around, it leads to a ladder down to the water, but also to the private white sand beach of the Spray Estate. There you will find beach chairs, a gentle, sloping access to the warm waters of Chalk Sound. This beach is naturally formed and spans the 5 undeveloped lots of the Spray Estate.

Within the undeveloped lots you will find many of the endangered plants and animals of the Turks & Caicos Islands, including the Casurina Pine, a gentle willowy pine tree that sways gently in the tropical breezes. Believed to be at risk from a blight brought in by importation these trees are unique and in pristine shape, they line one edge of the beach area.

RockSpray has many unique features, but it is only a 15 minute drive to Grace Bay, our primary resort/retail area. Where nightlife, winebars, and restaurants abound. No matter how exciting your day or night is, there is always the oasis of the RockSpray Estate.
