Extremely casual, renovated old farmhouse with large patio, cutting garden, complete with guest house and deck overlooking second pond.
Horse paddock and shed with miles and miles of cleared riding trails. A picturesque photographic haven for all seasons. Complete tranquility and serenity allow you to fully appreciate the natural wildlife, flora and fauna that surround this seasonal home.
I chose Woodstock, Vermont as the perfect place to raise my two daughters. I had lived there during my twenties and returned for my children to experience a sophisticated small town where living is personal and you are called by your first name.
Main House:
First Floor: Kitchen; dining room; living room with fireplace over looking second pond; queen bedroom with a half bathroom.
Second Floor: King bedroom, 2 bedrooms each with two twin beds; full bath with Jacuzzi/ shower
Guest House/ Studio:
Large kitchen with eating area. Huge open living room and dining area that was an old barn, with deck overlooking pond just below. One king bedroom with private deck overlooking pond. Other king bedroom looking over horse paddock. Both with sharing full bath and laundry.
