First Floor: Open dining, living, and kitchen with a fireplace and french doors opening to the deck overlooking the ocean's water. There is a queen bed room, a den with a sofa bed, and a full bathroom. Also, there is a screened in porch and outside dining on the south facing deck that overlooks the water's edge. There is an open room with a formal dining room and down-filled sofas around a big table for your feet to rest upon. A horseshoe shaped kitchen is fully equipped and the counter extends to accommodate four comfortable bar stools. There is also a laundry room with a wash sink.
Second Floor: At the top of the stairs is a train bed (this is a 6' x 10' mattress area, where most end up sleeping, even families. There is a curtain to pull for privacy like the old trains had. There is a room with 2 double beds and a sink, a sun room with a queen futon also a toilet and sink in the room, a master suite with its own deck and half bath. There is a bathroom divided so that the sink and toiletry cubbies are on the first part and then behind a door is the other half with a toilet and shower.
